Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Robbins is a great professor with a great teaching style which breaks the course down really well. He brings a relaxed energy to the course which really helped me as a nervous freshman. There is a lot of information since it is a broad cover of psychology but it helped me decide what i wanted to do in the field.

    Course highlights:

I learned some great study skills through this course since i never really studied in high school and it was really easy to apply them to other courses which helped me do well my first year.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you keep up with the reading and attend lectures you will do just fine. Robbins grading system is very straightforward, but passing the class is far from impossible as long as you put in the work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is scattered and the test do not cover material discussed in class. The teacher is easily distracted and often misses important points during class. The assignment in class do not help to further your understanding of the material either.

    Course highlights:

Despite her poor teaching style and test format, she was a wonderful person to talk to and was always willing to listen to feedback and meet outside of class if you needed extra help understanding the material or studying.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest primarily learning all the material from the textbook and only supplement your knowledge with anything taught in class. Also actually study for the test with the book as well as your notes because they are not easy and are often unclear especially if you don't put the time into to study.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He's a really great guy! His tests are definitely tricky, but I learned so much from him!

    Course highlights:

I learned so many things about how I act, and how others act, and have become a lot more aware of what's around me, which is the goal.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! It'll benefit you a lot! And have a snack while you learn, and also while taking the test.
