    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I highly recommend this course. Dr.Mason is an extremely intelligent woman. She personally connects with her students even in a large lecture class. She gives lots of extra credit and study guides for tests. Amazing professor and I highly enjoyed the class.

    Course highlights:

    The amount of extra credit she gives definitely helps out her students. The tests are only 35 questions and they are not difficult at all. I learned all about general psych.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take it, especially with Dr.Mason. She wants all of her students to succeed in life and she makes you think!

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class because it is a great introduction to psychology. The course covers a broad area of just about everything which was good because it sets you up for the higher level courses where you will delve into those topics.

    Course highlights:

    My favorite parts of the course were development, parts of the brain, and conditioning. I learned about all of the general topics of psych and how they relate to everyday life.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you go to class and pay attention you should do pretty well. Doing all of the homework is a must in order to get a good grade. You will need to read the text book for additional info if you do not understand the materials.

    Course Overview:

    I would definitely recommend this class to all of my friends. The subject of Psychology is extremely interesting and once you gain information, you'll never want to stop learning about it. Dr. Mason is the perfect professor to take this class with. She knows a lot about Psychology and teaches the topic extremely well. She brings so much enthusiasm to her classes, its hard to not pay attention. Lastly, Dr. Mason provided us with good college advice every morning before class.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about different psychological disorders, such as Anxiety disorders, and the effects of them on the person. I also learned the different between Classical and Operant Conditioning. One of my favorite topics we talked about during this class, was the difference between Negative & Positive Punishment and Negative & Positive Reinforcement. Another topic we learned about was infants and their phases of learning.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed in this class, you most definitely need to attend the class and take detailed notes. Also, you will need to complete all homework assignments. Since the homework assignments can normally consists of about 130 of less, you will need to spend about 2 hours or so on your homework. Lastly, studying for 3-5 a week will definitely help you succeed in this class.
