Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class changed the way I look at what I eat and what I do on a daily basis. It has made me so much more healthier than I was before, and at the time had no idea my habits were so unhealthy! This course changed my life for the better and I love being able to share the information I learned with my friends and family!

    Course highlights:

I learned all about the metabolism and how food is absorbed into our bodies. I learned what was good for my body and what wasn't. We also learned how much exercise I should be getting on a weekly basis. I learned how give my body the absolute best I can.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Research your professors first because not all professors are registered dieticians, and I feel that a registered dietician will be able to provide and explain the information best. Also, it is important to be organized in your notes, there is lots of information learned in this class and it can get confusing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Memorize the study guide! All the questions are on the study guide but asked in a different way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She gives you a lot of study guides and is very helpful! she is willing to stay after and help if you need it as well! She gives you freedom to come to class or stay home and she treats you as an adult. She gives weekly powerpoints and as long as you study the powerpoints you will do fine on the tests and quizzes

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about dieting and exercise and how to count calories and why we need to make sure we are watching our intake of vitamins and our intake of carbohydrates and proteins. She also had a lot of group projects and assignments and her class flew by and didnt drag on

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just make sure you read the powerpoints that she gives out to you, the assignments she gives and tests and quizzes are all based off of the powerpoints and she really sticks to it. Make sure you also stay on top of the assignments she gives you since she gives you lots of little assignments on top of each other.
