Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is essential to the Computer Science degree track. It furthers your knowledge about Java and object oriented programming while preparing your for Computer Science III.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was learning how to code a GUI in Java. I had worked with GUI's when I took Intro to Visual Basic, but they were already set up for us. Learning how to code them by hand was very cool to me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say definitely don't take Tom Guiniven for this course and/or don't take it online. I did both and it was a terrible experience. He never responds to emails until the day after the project in question is due which does not help. He screwed up the whole grading system on canvas and I had to point out what the problems were. Overall, a bad experience.
