    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I never thought that I was interested in psychology at all. However, after having this class, which combined aspects of neuroscience and psychology, I can more fully appreciate the field. This was an overall amazing course.

    Course highlights:

I gained an understanding of the sensory functions of the brain, how the sleep cycle works to help consolidate and store memories, how neurons communicate between each other and other areas of the body, and other highly complex circuits of the brain as well as what disfunction of those circuits cause.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't focus on memorization as much as how the brain's systems function to apply to practical short answer responses. However, memorization of anatomy and physiology of the parts of the brain being focused upon are also important.
