    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although it was a laboratory course, it was so much more involving than that. We would be tested and expected to write an analytical lab report for each respective segment. It really taught me to become more responsible and stay on top of tasks.

    Course highlights:

The final team project! We had to use two different methods to analyze capsaicin content in various samples. It really solidified my understanding of the techniques our professor guided us through and also reminded me of the importance of being a team player in a demanding, high-stress project such as this.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind and don't ever be afraid to ask for help when you need it! No one will judge you for being confused. I assure you that others are just as confused and you can help save everyone from embarrassment by being bold and asking questions in class!
