    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This class is worth it not only do you learn about health and nutrition you learn how to become healthy and use what you know to help yourself and others.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to modify diets and how to stay healthy at the same time.

    3-5 hours

    Use what you know. It is very beneficial and fun.
