    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend professor Davis for anyone who needs to take English 102. It is a challenging, but very interesting course that will dramatically boost your ability to write and conduct related research. At the end, all the hard work will be definitely worth it!

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course were, without a doubt, the ability to surf a colossal amount of data found in college databases; narrowing down various topics in technology in order to find the one you will be working on the whole semester; ability to include personal experience in your research paper; realize that you are not happy with your topic (which is, actually a common thing), and quickly rewrite all 15 pages in the last week of the semester.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My best advice would be not to take this course in the summer. It requires a lot of your time, so intense and short summer semesters will literally make you work on your research paper, assignments and discussions every day. Also, try not to procrastinate and submit your assignments at least two days before the deadline. This way, if you'll decide to amend your essays (which typically happens with writing), you will have some time to revise‚Äč it without losing your points due to late submittal.
