Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

New class but great content. Extremely structured with outside classroom activities as well. I was very engaged throughout the semester and learned a lot.

    Course highlights:

The class content focused on how humans have historically obtained, prepared and consumed their foods. We started in the Neolithic era and worked all the way through to major concerns, issues and important topics of today's society.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The professor is very passionate about this subject and takes teaching seriously. Sometimes you can feel as if you're apart of the honors program in his class with just the way that he sets the teaching atmosphere.
