    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course is great for learning about vegetables while getting to apply what you learn in the onsite greenhouse. The application through this course helps solidify the knowledge of what you are learning.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight of this course was getting to pick out your own seeds and plant them in the greenhouse. All throughout the semester we got to watch our plants come to life followed by harvesting and eating them. Through this I learned how to plant specific vegetables and all the different things that go into producing vegetables.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    What you put in is what you get out. By spending time working on class projects in the greenhouse you can get the hands on experience and use the knowledge of others also working in the greenhouse.
