    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you can pass her class, you can pass any class you take in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to prepare myself for interviews and how to debate even when I know little about the topic.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare to take notes and to take essay questioned test.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it because she gives out a lot of gratuitous work.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to speak under pressure. We did group exercises where people would purposely interrupt you while you were speaking.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always complete your work. No matter how dumb the work she assigns is, do it. Otherwise you might end up with a B or C.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is different from high school Oral Communications. It affords you the opportunity to practice writing and delivering more formal speeches.

    Course highlights:

I learned great tips on how to deliver the most effective speeches such as ways to keep the audience's attention and also how to write your speech according to the audience so they will understand your message.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do it! There is absolutely no reason to be nervous. Trust me, I was nervous at first, but we all are! Therefore, it truly is a judgement free environment.
