    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think this course is really good for people that have no prior experience with AutoCAD. The assignments can be completed fairly simply since the textbook gives step by step instructions for almost all the sketches.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class were the midterm and final projects. Students had to use the knowledge learned throughout the term and apply it to their own designs. This really helped me to focus on practical applications

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to succeed in this course is to do all the assignments as soon as the week begins so that they don't pile up. It can also help to work on the assignments in groups to help with troubleshooting.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Intro to CAD gives the basics for computer-aided design software. A great starting course for people going into graphics engineering.

    Course highlights:

One thing I found interesting was how quickly this course goes from 0 to 100. The first three weeks we're just learning the basics, and then we needed to create a floor plan by week 4! Frustrating as the assignment was sometimes, I had fun making the plan.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice with AutoCAD and Creo 3.0 outside of the classroom to hone your skills.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a requirement for almost all Drexel engineering undergraduates however, even if you are not required to take it I would highly recommend that you do take it (if you are an engineering major) because it teaches you how to use basic CAD programs.

    Course highlights:

The TA that I had was extremely thorough when teaching us how to use both AUTOCAD and Creo Parametric.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is necessary that you complete all assignments in order to pass the course.
