    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this course with Dr. Killen. The course comes with a lab and a TA who teaches the lab on Fridays ( at least thats how it was when I took it). Dr. Killen is an amazing professor who is very passionate about Psychology and extremely resourceful. She is a true inspiration and her classes are never boring.

    Course highlights:

This course has taught me how to identify, diagnose, and write reports all within 10 weeks. It was very fast paced even for Drexel but it was very informative. My favorite part of the course was our labs because we got to work on case studies and actually put what we learned to use. This course was tough but it pays off in the end. I finished the course with an A+.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're planning on taking this course then please be prepared to do a lot of reading and writing as the classes and the labs can sometimes have different assignments.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was a required major psychology course. It talked about the most common psychology disorders.

    Course highlights:

There were case studies and that was the writing component.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

take notes in class and make sure you give accurate information for the case studies. Be descriptive as possible. Read the book too and be familiar with DSM-5
