    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to anyone going for engineering because the professors and TA's were very helpful in the design lab when I or anyone else had questions pertaining to what were learning. They were always kind enough to really sit down and help explain so we could understand.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would have been when we were assigned groups and had to build a two dimensional rube goldberg machine. One thing I really learned and it was very helpful was the engineering design process.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay focused in class. Work very hard and efficiently in class because if you fall behind the only time you have to make up work in the open lab times which is hard to work in with your other classes.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The lectures for this course are pretty boring but the labs can be pretty cool. While a lot of people do not like Terranova he really is not bad. He is not great by any means but he isn’t as awful as everyone claims he is.

    Course highlights:

We built Rube Goldberg machines which was pretty cool, although most groups’ machines did not work as they were supposed to. We also got to design a Halloween themed project but we did not spend much time on it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don’t put things off to the last minute. Go to the open lab hours when you can to work on your machine and make sure it works like it’s supposed to.
