    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I never took physics in high school, so taking this class with no prior knowledge was very difficult. Monica's explanations on concepts aren't helpful and asking questions doesn't help. I saw her twice during office hours to go over tests and neither appointment helped me understand what I did wrong. She is a brilliant person but she doesn't know how to explain these hard concepts to people with no understanding. The only positive to the class is an A is 85-100 and a B is a 65-84. A good grade is pretty much guaranteed if you put in a little effort on the homework

    Course highlights:

I learned definitions for things like acceleration, velocity, and inertia, but my practical knowledge is pretty bad

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Maybe try taking a summer course or taking it with another professor instead
