Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course was amazing not because of the content, although it was interesting, it was made amazing by the dynamic we created in the classroom. There are no laptops or cellphones allowed in Leland's class, which sounds like a bummer at first, but it allowed for an engaged, communicative kind of energy that allowed us to discuss our feelings and ideas about the psychological theories that we were learning about.
The really effective part of the course was that we didn't try to cram too much information into too short of a term. There was plenty of time to go into each chapter in detail without having to cut corners or rush through anything. It made it so each theory was thoroughly covered and we could hash out aspects of it that were more difficult to grasp.

Advice for students:
Take diligent notes, pay attention to the class discussion, not only to the PowerPoint. Even though all of the base-information is written up on the screen, the real-world applications and deeper explanations of the subjects we talk about come through Leland's lecturing and class discussions.
