    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to improve their writing skills. When first entering the class, I thought that I was going to struggle because I have never been taught how to write a proper essay. But, he specifically asks you to send your essay in as many times as needed to have him review it for you. You feel like all through the class you have someone standing by you and helping along the way.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to properly write various types of essays in MLA form. The highlight of the class was having a significant amount of time to work on all essays in class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Revise, revise, revise! There will always be revisions in your essay that need to be corrected and other ways to make your essay fantastic.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I took a college class in High School my Junior year, English 101. I would highly recommend taking this class. I was much cheaper to take it through my High School and get college credit for it rather than taking it through college.

    Course highlights:

Being able to take this course through my High School was incredible. I didn't have to miss out on being in High School, and not having to go through running start. I learned how to cite essays and quote integrating plus much more!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You write a lot of essays and they have to be a couple of pages long, including many rough drafts and making sure that you keep all your brainstorming and peer edits to put into your final portfolio. Make sure that you keep up on all your essays.
