    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although difficult, professor Gibson makes this course as understandable as possible. I left with a greater understanding of the subject instead of just memorizing formulas for a short amount of time. He is always willing to help and explain anything that you may need.

    Course highlights:

Professor Gibson was able to reteach basic precal work and catch the class up to the same level, and made sure to make time for every question that was asked.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the homework, no matter what. Raise your hand and ask questions, he will be more inclined to help you out later.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this professor, and since the course was required any way it was nice to like going to class. He was lighthearted and fun, and always willing to help if needed, in or out of class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot, his teaching style got us through the information quickly and allowed time for questions from those who were confused without holding the entire class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't have to take this for your major, don't. If you do, professor Gibson is the teacher you need to take.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The content really flowed and it expanded my critical thinking skills. It made me pore it math in a different sense in that even though I might not use it, it was the way it made my brain think that was the important part.

    Course highlights:

There was a lot of homework that you had to keep up with but it made the class so much easier when it came to tests. Also the teacher told us which problems would be on the test so taking notes was a must becaus she would choose from either our notes or the homework.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You have to have time management and determination. It might seem difficult at first but if you just read the chapters and do all the homework and review more problems like the review sections you're golden.
