Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Schaefer is one of the most animated professors. He often spends class lying on the floor, spewing monologues in dramatic voices in order to teach a lesson. His classes were certainly memorable!

    Course highlights:

We learned the basics of early civilization.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes! Write down everything and try to organize the notes after class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Verbois is challenging, but one of the most caring professors! His course is reading-heavy, and he expects serious participation, but that is what makes his course so great. He really cares.

    Course highlights:

We learned about different political theories and foundations of the 20th century and compared them.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! Regardless of the difficulty, it is one of the best classes you will ever take in college!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Do not take this course with Dupree. He was not only unhelpful, but also sexist and miserable.

    Course highlights:

Although he was a horrible professor I did learn quite a bit about the Byzantine Empire.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be a girl, or just choose a different professor. If you do get put into his class, just try your best and take good notes.
