    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The Labs for this class are very hard. What you learn during the lab with the slides and what she actually shows you for the tests can be very different. When you cannot adjust the slides during the test, makes it impossible sometimes to differentiate between two closely related slides. You need extra preparation for these lab tests and multiple slide angles to study from.

    Course highlights:

The lecture portion of this class was awesome. Depending on the professor you get you will learn probably more than you thought or want to but it definitely comes in handy. Be prepared to take notes or at the very least pay attention. If you miss classes, you will not pass this course!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

It requires a lot of dedication and studying. If you are not serious you will have a difficult time passing this class. Try to get a professor that teaches both the lecture and lab. If you have one teacher for lecture and a different one for lab, you might cover your lab before you learn the lecture and that gets confusing and can cause issues.

I recommend this course because you will learn a lot about the human body and Dr. Devlin is a great professor.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class you need to study the notes and read the book everyday. I find that making note card are helpful also. This class requires a lot of studying.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed learning about the human body and how the organ systems work together to allow us to move and think. The class was fun and the material interesting. Dr. D is an excellent teacher and I highly recommend this class.

    Course highlights:

I was able to gain a complete understanding of the nervous, endocrine, digestive, and reproductive systems and the diseases associated with them. We also covered the special senses and their organs.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you read your book, watch the online videos and review the material well. If you have any questions, Dr. D is available to answer them and to help ensure you get the grade you deserve. This is a time intensive course but if you are willing to put the time in you will end with a complete understanding of the inner workings of the human body.
