    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr Palumbo was a wonderful professor. He made class a unique and enjoyable experience for everyone. He always encouraged discussions, critical thinking, and always made himself available to assist his students if needed. At times the material covered throughout the course was a bit challenging at times, however by attending class, note taking, and keeping up with reading of the textbook this class is very beneficial.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned the foundations of the field of Psychology. I learned how the human brain generally works and the biology behind why humans sometimes behave the way that they do. I also learned about the history of psychology, how it developed, and who the founding scientists, theorists, and psychologists were who turned psychology into what it is today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take thorough notes in class and pay attention to lectures because the professor does not always post the slides he uses in class online. Also be sure to attend because the professor does take attendance.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course itself is not very helpful (at least not with this professor).

    Course highlights:

Nothing to highlight, maybe his demonstrations were exciting, but they were not often.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take your book to class and follow along, because he gives what to study right from the book.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor is very knowledgeable, makes learning enjoyable and applicable to everyday life! Pop quizzes came around often but improved the quality of learning overall.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were how everything you learned in class was what was on the exam. There weren't any surprise questions when you took the exam, so you would know exactly what you were studying for.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook, it can give you more insight if you need it, and take notes in class, it is the key to passing.
