    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would love to recommend this course, but also the professor. He is normally a psychologist at our school, but during this semester he taught my section of 101. He explained hard to grasp concepts so that everyone could understand them. The course also gave me great insight into the whys and hows of people. This will greatly benefit me in my future career as an educator.

    Course highlights:

I gained the knowledge of psychology. There was a lot of information on psychologists, what they did, why they did it, and how it impacts today. During classroom conversation, there was a lot of helpful hints given for my future as a person. Dr. Myers would go over life after college a lot, just to make sure we all understood that this is the easy part! He was a realist, and I really enjoyed getting that out of the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study all given material, make flashcards, ask friends to quiz you, get into a study group, take readings seriously, and last but not least, go to class!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

As a freshman in college, this course was definitely not too easy or hard. This was a foundation for how a college class would be. I would definitely recommend this course because Dr. Mills was very knowledgeable of the subject, he was also very interested. He was very helpful and understanding, but most definitely not a pushover. If you want an A in this course, you will have to work for it, but you will want to.

    Course highlights:

I learned all of the basics of Psychology in just a few short months. Professor Mills was also kind of funny. It was an 8AM course, which sucks, but it was worthwhile.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you really take time out to study. The tests count for a large portion of your grade. There are a few opportunities for extra credit as well, you should use them to your advantage. You will learn a lot. Take notes! Good notes are important especially if you are new to the Psych world.
