Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because although the subject itself isn't ecstatically interesting, the professor is great!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was making connections and remembering intricate details of how one thing related to another.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Went to my professor for help a lot; via office hours and also email. Go to every class! Participation counts and also really helps! Extra credit also helps a lot! Take advantage of extra credit as much as you can!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Mannard is a wonderful professor. I thoroughly enjoyed going to his class and learning about American history. He made it very enjoyable and easy to understand. His directions are very clear and makes the course easy to pass as long as you do the work, go to class and turn assignments in on time.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about American history in a short amount of time. I loved learning about the wars and people like Dolley Madison who are not usually discussed in typical history classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book before going to class. You'll have knowledge of what Dr. Mannard is discussing that day/week in class. Every Friday, Dr. Mannard does discussions on a chapter in the textbook or the additional books he has you read during the course. Make sure you go to those and have questions or opinions on what you've read in mind because he gives bonus points for talking during discussions!
