    Required course and very helpful with adjusting to writing at a college level

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course we're the discussions with other students on various topics related to our papers. It gave me a different look on topics that I hadn't considered.

    Pace out your work and make sure it's in on time.

    Course Overview:

    The course is a freshmen requirement that many professors teach. However, Dr. William Dickey kept the class interesting and enjoyable. He was also very helpful when it came to improving writing skills.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights of the course included interesting writing topics. I learned how to improve my writing by viewing writing as a process.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Ask questions and contribute to class discussions. Use the professors office hours to help answer any question about your writing in order to help improve your writing.
