Not too easy. Not too difficult.
For Nursing and Nutrition majors this course is manditory, but it isn't a bad class. Professor Grande is a wonderful teacher and she makes sure that what she is teaching is useful in our field of study. She understands that chemistry doesn't come naturally to everyone and takes that as a challenge. She wants everyone to pass her course with flying colors and wants more students to enjoy chemistry than when they first started the course. She has wide office hours and is always more than willing to help with any questions students may have. She is one of the best professors I have had so far at La Salle and would take her class again in a heart beat if I could.
I learned all of the basics of chemistry that I will need to know in order to succeed in my career as a nurse. This course is actually slightly below a basic chemistry course and is easy to keep up with if you work at it.

Advice for students:
Make sure that you prepare for the weekly quizzes that she gives. They are over only material that she covers and they are a great way to review for the exams that she gives every few chapters.
