    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teach you the basics that you will carry with you throughout your college experience. Also the class is a requirement here at the University of Central Arkansas.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course where the peer review. Receiving feedback from classmates really helped me rewrite my papers to be able to communicate with any audience that read my paper.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and everything you learn within the class time will help you tremendously when you are assigned work outside of class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor really makes class worth going to. She had me actually looking forward to the class, and, believe it or not, to writing essays! She reintroduced me to my love of writing.

    Course highlights:

I gained the knowledge of using extensive detail in my writing. I learned to paint pictures in the readers' heads with my vivid descriptions. I also learned to explore my thoughts freely and somewhat find myself while enrolled in this class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Open your mind to revision. It may seem like a lot of work (it is), but it's very much worth it. Think of it as chiseling away at a rock until you have a beautiful sculpture.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is required for all Majors. However, I've found that each writing professor has completely different ideas about what that want to hear in your writing. Therefore, you need to spend time getting know your instructor so that you can deliver what he/she wants in your papers. An A for one may be a C for another.

    Course highlights:

The course taught me to talk to my professors and get a feel for what they expect from your writing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Got to take it so be sure to communicate with your professor! Talk to other students who have had the professor!
