Many Small Assignments
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend it as it is useful information to have regardless of one's major, as we all have to engage in the vocational world at some point. Knowing how people work and what one can do to increase productivity are valuable information for anyone seeking work. I did not require the course but I figured it would help broaden my horizons for when I get into the vocational world, namely that it also engages in the subject matter of psychology, which is my field of interest.
My favorite topic in this semester was learning about cognitive behavioral therapy. CBT is another useful tool for just about anyone of all walks of life.

Advice for students:
If you have taken an online course, you will know they can be tough as they usually require more work than classroom classes. If you have not taken an online class before, then prepare to get used to meeting weekly deadlines while also studying for tests. The course requires a textbook activity, an application activity, a reading assignment, a quiz, a weekly blog post on a subject discussed that week and, my favorite, a critical thinking assignment. These are performed weekly and it can become routine with good self-discipline, making it difficult in the beginning but fair and tests your mettle for doing what is required of you every week.
