Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Excellent teaching and a very useful start into business administration or management. In depths look on how we analyses companies by the numbers.

    Course highlights:

A great combination of both theroetical learning and application of this in the practical problems. I learned how to comprehend many financial documents and dedicated a lot of time which gave positive results.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Accounting is very time consuming so in order to be successful in this class, a certain level of commitment is required.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a challenging course because most students were not exposed to accouting concepts in high school. It is essential that the student does notfall behind with course work, and is deligently does ones homework and assignments. Most of the time, the exam mimics the homework questions. Many students who do not put in the hours and effort, fail this course.

    Course highlights:

The course is beneficial because it is challenging. it is diffcult to recieve an A in the course, so it forces students to push themselves. There were many occasioans when I did not understand the course work immediately. It was my responsibilty to be studious and go to the accounting lab at 7pm for hours to grasp the concepts. This work ethic helped me excel in all my other courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Since all of the concepts are new, do not be discouraged if you do not grasp the concepts in class initially. The accounting lab is there to help students who grapple with the concepts or even for students who are confident but need to close gaps. It's important to attend class, and take notes even if you have the textbook. Homework assignments help with exams, so do not copy off a friend. The exams are on scantron, so becareful to when choosing an answer and do not erase.
