Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For people who are interested in a science major or premed, this course is a great introduction to cell biology and physiology! The professor keeps it interesting, and the workload is not too high. The sections are fun with an assigned scientific paper to read each week.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course will really teach you a lot about biology. From cell physiology to research techniques to signaling pathways, this course is packed with new information. You will not only learn more about the science of cells, but you will also understand how to read scientific literature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

There are weekly short quizzes that are not easy. If you take this course, be sure to study thoroughly every week. Even though the quizzes seem small, they are a hefty part of the grade; doing well on them is just as important as doing well on the final. The course is packed with information, so procrastinating will be much tougher!
