Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think that it is a really good class to take for anyone who is going on in sciences that relate to animals, such as veterinarians or those going into research because it really gives you a way to look at slides and study them and identify structures.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about classifications and systematics which you won't get in any other class. One of the highlights was the squid dissection because it really allowed you to see the different things and squids are cool.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the study questions that are posted after each lecture.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you want to challenge yourself and see just how strong your listening skills are, I would say to take this course. However if you are not good with terminology, then do not attempt this course until you are more comfortable with things similar to this.

    Course highlights:

The highlights in this course is definitely the labs. The labs are hands on and very fun, they also provide you with a more visible picture of what you're learning in lectures.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

To be prepared to take notes, draw pictures, cut open cute little animals and to learn the scientific name for a lot of species.
