Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ethics is thought of as being good, doing the right thing. In today's world how do you determine the right thing in our diverse, multi-ethnic, global business community Well, there is a course that addresses these issues. Ethical Leadership, guides us through Moral Decision Making. It takes away the right of an individual to make a moral decision based on what who and how they are and makes it about the ethical decision.

    Course highlights:

You got to watch movies. Now the professor selected the movie, the class is divided into teams (groups) by using the Ned Hermann method, which is an adventure in itself. You get to grade yourself on your skills, Artistic, Social, Technical, etc. Based on these scores the professor assigns the groups. You then use the Moral Decision Making Process to critique the Film. It is an exercise in group dynamics, personal thought and an education in what we each believe to be moral in our dealings with others and how we affect them and their effect on us.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the professors lecture, it is what will move you out of what you think Ethics and Moral Decision Making is, into what it actually means. Armed with that information and with the text book as reference you can maneuver through the analysis the course requires of the films you watch with ease and sense and learn a thing or six about yourself.
