    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you plan on attending Point Park as a dance major, this class is essential in your growth as a dancer and a person. It's definitely one of the most challenging classes at school since it is so physically and emotionally demanding.

    Course highlights:

I've learned to move my body more efficiently through space and to breath through hard choreography. I also learned more of the Lester Horton technique and can proficiently perform flat backs, balances, and fortifications 1 through 6.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Get as much sleep as possible and stretch after classes. Always have toe tape handy in your backpack and always have a bottle of water set up.
