    I learned a lot about the importance of wellness and exercise and eating right and how all of these things help prevent diseases.

    Go to class. Not only would it benefit you academically but it would also benefit your health and mind.

    Course Overview:

    The course is really very interesting, you learn all about your body and mind and how to keep it healthy.

    Course highlights:

    I really enjoyed learning various work out routines for specific muscle groups. I took this course with my roommate and I really enjoyed studying with him for quizzes and test.

    You might be tempted to not pay attention during the class hour, but you'll miss out on really important information that can affect how you live the rest of your life.

    Course Overview:

    Dr. Bland is a wonderful professor who has a passion for his subject. It was a pleasure taking his class and since it is required, I would recommend him as a professor!

    Course highlights:

    In this course, you will learn different ideas about staying fit as well as health benefits and concerns. We focused on how to stay fit in college as well as drugs, cardiovascular problems, cancer, and several other health concerns.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course is pretty easy, but I would recommend reading the textbook before taking the quizzes and studying a bit before the tests.
