    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Dr. Pietrzak takes an unconventional approach to learning. It can be difficult to learn but if you are willing to reach out and take the time to understand his methods, it is very possible to learn and succeed in the course.

    Course highlights:

    You will learn basics for nutrition. A background of biology is very helpful in this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Sit in the front to be able to read the board. He uses overhead projectors. Speak louder he's older.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Totally friendly atmosphere, you'll learn a lot about current biological issues.

    Course highlights:

    Not a hard class at all. If you just go everyday and really try, she'll notice.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Great instructor!! She explains alot of difficult material thoroughly.
