Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I've never learned more in a course than I have in Hunnenwell's class. He is a great professor that is really passionate about history and is very helpful with questions. He is very upfront about tests and there are absolutely no surprises, so you know exactly how to study. He offers an extra credit paper where you can really rack up a lot of points for the class. He gives a small portion of the test every week rather than one big test after every chapter, so one or two bad quiz grades won't kill you.

    Course highlights:

He writes his own book which he sells in class for $15 that has exactly what he wants you to know for the class and nothing else. It also has sample test questions so you can practice before hand. Each section focuses on a different region of the world, both the physical geography and other historical aspects of the country like wars, economic problems, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely buy his in class book, I would be lost without it! And take detailed notes in class, he explains things really well and if you're like me and had no background knowledge in economics, you won't be lost at all. I wouldn't consider this an "easy A" elective class, but you will definitely get your moneys worth education wise! Definitely go to class! Participation counts towards your final grade and it is easy points!
