Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

With me being interested in the social sciences, I thought I would just get a natural science credit out of the way. However, the class was not as daunting as it seemed. The SGM's help you do well on the quizzes.

    Course highlights:

I learned about basic biological processes (photosynthesis, transcription, translation, development). In the last portion of the year, we learned about recombinant DNA, Golden Rice, and other interesting topics that are passion projects of the guest lecturers.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the Study group meetings from the start. If you go consistently instead of just the day before the quizzes, it will pay off. Also, I would suggest rewriting your class notes as you go so that you have a study tool for the quizzes and final.
