Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Psychopathology is my most interesting class. Dr. Roth has clinical experience in counseling psychology, so she is very helpful when we have questions about something that may not be clear from our book or our own research, and she is very knowledgeable about treatment of mental disorders. I learn so much each day we have class. Understanding and learning about mental disorders and how they come about is very interesting for me and I very much enjoy going to class.

    Course highlights:

The most surprising thing I learned about is Unipolar disorder. I never knew that there was such a disease, as I have only heard of Bipolar disorder.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely enroll in this course. Not only will you learn a lot and have a quality foundation for future Psychology classes, but also Dr. Roth is very knowledgeable and completely willing to help with any problem you may be having with the course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course. Although you are in a big lecture hall, it feels far from that. Stacy Roth is extremely welcoming and passionate. She makes me want to go to class (especially at 8am!). Definitely ask questions and STUDY! Her exams are not hard if you study and take notes.

    Course highlights:

Definitely the professor. She is extremely smart and knows what she is talking about. Pay attention and take notes because that will be your best study material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course even if you're not a psych major because it is just flat out COOL and interesting. You certainly helps and is a prereq for other psych classes.
