This class is a thorough explanation of the nutrients and how they play a role in a range of topics from weight to prevention of chronic diseases.
In this course, I learned about vitamins and minerals found in the body, the best way to consume nutrients, how nutrition can aid in battling weight gain, and how planning meals can result in maximum performances in physical activity.

Approach this course with an open mind. It is a great amount of material condensed into a semester. Be on top of readings and be sure to find the best way to memorize notes. Memorization is the way to pass this course.
