    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it prepares you for what will be expected out of a student when they take Chemistry 1031, which is Chemistry I. Although Professor Allan is rather difficult, he does teach the material that is needed to move on to further chemistry courses.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I learned the most general information about chemistry. The material included: the periodic table, gas laws, stoichiometry, theremochemistry, electron confcigurations of elements as well as their geometric structure.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If I had to give future students advice about this course, I would tell them that it is mandatory to attend class even though attendance is not graded. Also, I would tell the students to read the textbook, and study the material ahead of time, so you are not seeing it for the first time during class.
