    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor gives you different perspectives and ways to look at things. He keeps the class up to date and engaged. The class seems to go by quickly because he keeps you interested.

    Course highlights:

I learned about behavioral conditioning and how you can learn to control your thoughts which in turn changes the way you react to things. Skinner was a big contributor with his conditioning theory. His theory believed that behavior could be changed by the use of reinforcement which is given after the desired response. Skinner identified three types of responses or operant that can follow behavior.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it's so informational and my professor is so on point with his understanding the course and are always making sure before class, asking us if we had any problems with our preQs and etc.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from this course so far is that psychology isn't an easy major at all. But if you put your mind and heart into you'll understand it much quicker. Also , the program Pearson revel is sick a good program but it has all the resources you need in order to be successful in psychology 1001.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You'll need the Pearson Revel App in order to download the book. Order the Access Code Card because you cannot get the book without it. Study tips I can give you are always have a study group with kids from your class. The PreQs are study quizzes they will help you throughout the whole course so always do the PreQs!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

There were more than 1 professor through the course, some of the topics interested me some did not. However, all the professors clearly loved their job, and they were good teachers.

    Course highlights:

The main highlight of the course for me was Dr. Kareem Johnson's section where he spoke about illusions of the brain, and how we interpret things differently. I ended up taking 2 other classes with him, because he is a really good teacher.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Really listen to the lectures because thats whats on the test, however, research on your own about different topics.
