Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Nate Terrell taught this class extremely well and knows how to keep students engaged. The course helps you analyze and improve your communication skills and how they help you form relationships throughout your life, whether personal or professional.

    Course highlights:

The methods and skills that I learned in this course have helped me to be more verbal and straightforward in my communication skills. Two great things that I learned in this course is that communication is a process, and the second skill was finding ways to relieve stress, something that all college students need help doing. Professor Terrell would say, in times of tension, to "go to the balcony" and these words have stuck with me during trials and tribulations. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is interested in taking a communications class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Although you may be interested in this course as an easy Human Behavior Gen-Ed, the course is very detailed and does require a lot of studying for the exams. There are a few small papers that you have to write pertaining to certain chapters, but overall the workload is small. You do not have to take any tests in this course, only your midterm and final, but it is important that you know the material that is being taught.
