    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a great way to learn about the subcultures present in everyday life. The course was taught in a very intereactive format and open dialogue was encouraged. It was a very open environment where you could feel free to express your thoughts and opinions as long as they were respectful.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning the true facts and history behind subcultures in America such as the skinheads, Riot GRRRLS, emos, and goths. We covered many topics from the origins of the subcultures, to the beliefs, to there prevalence in the present.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The course was pretty easy and there are no assessments, the only advice I have is to do the readings and participate in class discussions.
