    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to people of all race. It is not only important to know where you come from, but it is important to understand why you should give your elders the utmost respect. They are the ones to sacrificed for us to live better than they did.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me had to be the videos that the professor provided for us. She would include videos of talks or presentations that people gave about what we were learning about. I always enjoyed how the person speaking were not boring like a history presentation could be. I learned so much about where different words and different stereotypes originated from and it has allowed me to spread what I learned to my friends and family. I would like to add that she was a great teacher and she understood us (students) and where we come from as college students.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings. They are not just busy work. It always includes valuable information and you will be able to join the class discussions.
