    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this teacher for the course. She's passionate about the subject but is all over the place to the point that you get little to no information that is valuable. She also cancels class more than any other teacher I've ever had and she doesn't get back to you with feedback on papers in a timely manner.

    Course highlights:

She says she is focusing on close reading essays and writing but it very vague on how you can accomplish this. The class has lots of clips and lots of reading. Be prepared to study writing techniques that you won't actually use.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read everything in advance. It's practically impossible to breeze through without actually reading what she wants you to read before hand.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor's brilliant and hilarious. You get a really great grasp on Old Englisj lit.

    Course highlights:

    Professor's dramatic readings were great.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your readings, even if it's easy to fall behind.
