    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

You spend more time teaching yourself then learning in class. Mastering chem is very helpful so be sure to complete it on your own. Be sure to read the textbook and take your own notes.

    Course highlights:

Chem 102 helped me a lot in my future classes that I ended up taking. A lot of the information ended up coming back so make sure to retain the information you are learning and keep your notes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to every lecture and if you miss be sure to get the notes and watch lecture capture. Do mastering chem on your own to the best of your ability. Read the textbook and take in depth notes. Focus strongly on the math aspect of the course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Morlino is a great professor who will really try to help you if you go to her.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot that I never had before. High school chemistry only covers so much, so you go much more in depth in this course. It's difficult, but not impossible.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapter, take notes in class, do the end of the chapter questions in the textbook.
