    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to any student who's interested in completing their general education courses. Course overall was interesting because it goes in depth about the bacteria, eukaryotes, and protists groups that were briefly mentioned in the previous course. Lecture overlapped with lab almost perfectly. This made both subjects easier and quicker to learn.

    Course highlights:

Course throughly emphasized the objectives through the use of powerpoints and handouts provided in class. I can say I learned deeply about prokaryotes/ eukaryotes and their processes. In addition students were taught to distinguish between different phylums and the animals within them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study in groups, and ALWAYS review the powerpoints. The powerpoints will consist of an avergag 15-20 slides. There are usually 3 or 4 powerpoints given per exam. Studying ahead of time is the best point of attack if you want to pass the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The notes are typed in class and basically her tests are from memorizing her powerpoints, as well as the little details.

    Course highlights:

This course focused on the major themes of bio, bacteria, plants, protists, photosynthesis, animals, etc. Whatever is taught in lecture could be applied to lab.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes in class, rewrite the notes in different colors to help you memorize the powerpoints. Review your notes every night.

    Hours per week:
