    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a completely new approach to English. The first day of class my professor said that his goal was to make all of us love English by the end of the semester. And he did exactly that. By taking creative approaches and viewpoints of works of literature, we were able to find fun ways of studying English.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was our study of the graphic novel, Watchmen. I has never read a comic book in any English class prior to this and was not sure what to expect. I was surprised it would be part of a college level class curriculum. However, we deeply analyzed both the graphics and the written sections to see very sophisticated themes and a complex plot structure. It opened my eyes to a new genre of English literature.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Although the professor is very lenient and tends to give out good grades, I would recommend completing all of the readings. It will help contribute to your overall learning experience in college, and will make all the assignments much easier! This is a great course for anyone who is required to take an introductory level English class.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was not a class but a stage at the laugh factory.

    Course highlights:

She did not show up to the first day of class and sent a sub instead, and when she did show, she just talked and talk about random things.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I attended her class everyday and did my part when I was in her class but she is Not a good teacher.
