    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class goes beyond the classroom. You learn a lot about different psychology theories and personality theorists, but you are able to apply what you learned to different fields of life such as school, work, relationships, and friendships.

    Course highlights:

From taking this class, I have been able to understand others in a way I haven't been able to before. I can understand why they might be the way they are and accept that in order to do life with them. I took Professor Tucci and she is amazing. Her enthusiasm for teaching is so evident and it makes the students excited to learn. She does "case-studies" in her classes which gives you yet another opportunity to apply what you have learned in this class as well as previous classes to further enhance your knowledge about the psychology world and profession. The class was also more of a discussion than a lecture. She wanted to hear what we had to say and used our questions to shape how she taught the class. We felt heard and she had no problem answering questions in a helpful, yet concise way that kept the class moving.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

LISTEN TO THE PROFESSOR. When she tells you to write something down, do it. Come to class always!! You cannot afford to miss material. You will learn so much more by just listening and not taking notes than missing class and trying to teach yourself by reading the books or looking through the notes that she posts.
