    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class was a very interesting and engaging way to fulfill one of my science general education requirements. The professor (Joby Hilliker) is a great guy with a sense of humor and definitely makes the class worth taking. He keeps things interesting while giving you the tools to succeed. There is some work involved, but as long as you go to and pay attention in class, you will have no problem passing.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was definitely the professor. He is enthusiastic about the course and it comes out in his teaching. He is very knowledgeable, but expresses the information in a way that is both understandable and intriguing. He gives you all the lectures and goes at a pace that challenges students without overwhelming them. His interaction is encouraging and he makes you want to continue taking his courses, regardless of your major.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do the weekly Weather Forecasting Contest. It is really simple to look at the average of local online forecasts, and the resulting possibility of points is worth the effort put into it. I spent less than 5 minutes a week on it, and it ended up cushioning my grade greatly! My final was less stressful, and anything that can achieve that is worth doing!
