    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it gives students a look into other cultures. As an American, most of us follow American cultural norms and don't think anything of it, but this course introduces other norms from foreign cultures and compares it to how we as Americans may have adopted practices from other groups.

    Course highlights:

I learned that even though I identify as American, I share many aspects of my culture with so many other cultures. It really showed me that even though we are different, there is a lot between cultures that remains the same.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the book and study from the quizzes for the final. Take notes and participate in class; Prof. Johnson definitely notices participation during class discussions.
